All services are subject to availability and a signed service agreement or estimate.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are free unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change based on site inspection, additional services requested, or unforeseen complications.

  • Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Service Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or online (if available).

  • A responsible adult must be present during any service.

  • Missed appointments without prior cancellation may be subject to a fee.

  • Minimum 2-hour service fee of $200.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless a prior agreement is made.

  • Accepted forms of payment include checks and ACH transfers.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a one-year warranty on labor, as stated in the service agreement or invoice.

  • Manufacturer’s warranty on parts.

  • Bar Mechanical LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain systems.

  • Liability for service-related damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse this website in any way

  • Copy or repurpose website content without written permission

  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas.
