• 1 year HVAC Labor Warranty
• Preventative Maintenance
• Commercial Services

How Often Should I Have Regular Preventive Maintenance Done?

You should have maintenance done on your business’s HVAC system seasonally, prior to heavy AC use, and prior to using the heating system. The HVAC Components need to be cleaned, inspected, and potentially replaced over time to maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the system.

What is the Life Expectancy of my HVAC System?

The life expectancy of an HVAC system has many variables. It will depend upon how well it was installed, if it was properly sized, total usage, and maintenance frequency. Acts of god, like fire, lightning strikes, etc. could of course shorten this lifespan. To get the most out of your HVAC system, we encourage customers to get a maintenance plan, which will ensure the system is properly managed.

Is There a Warranty?

Many of our manufacturer’s come with a one-year warranty on their systems and parts, which of course is passed along to the customer. We also provide a 30-day warranty on our parts and labor.

How Often Should the Air Filters be Changed?

In general, air filters should be checked every month and changed when they get dirty. If your commercial activities produce more particulates and airborne contaminants than usual, it will probably be necessary to check and change filters more often, perhaps even weekly.
